I'm Ross, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Durham, New Hampshire.

I work with families, teens, adults and couples in the state of New Hampshire.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am a mental health professional trained in psychotherapy with a focus on family systems. I have spent my career working with clients to more effectively communicate and manage conflict, address anxiety and depression, and collaborating with schools, doctor’s offices, and other community agencies.

I have specialized training in helping clients be more connected with themselves and others (e.g. Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Polyvagel Theory), as well as helping families effectively address anxiety and other emotional and behavioral struggles in the home.

I enjoy working with teens and their families, couples, adults, and college students (my office walking distance from UNH) to support mental health and relationship concerns and help clients feel more confident, capable, and courageous as they navigate their unique challenges.
